Why that name?
The name JD HEADCASE came out of a typo when my friend J. ‘hired’ me to spin records at his birthday party with Buck Calhoun. On the party invite J. posted me as JD HEADCASE, inadvertently spelling ‘DJ’ backwards. I’ve always felt backwards…the name fits well!
